初步鞋业有限公司成立于一九九九年，座落于海滨城市秦皇岛市市郊。公司依托山区妇女手工制鞋传统优势，专门从事富有民俗特色的儿童手工布鞋制作。

　　两年来，公司在收集民俗风格的布鞋式样同时，还设计了具有时代气息的布鞋款式。现有软底婴儿鞋、千层底布面童鞋、高档缎面鞋及观赏工艺鞋四类，二十多种款式，五十余种花色，部分产品取得了国家专利。产品鞋面采用上乘纯棉及丝绸面料，手工绣花，鞋底由手工纳制。本公司产品根据儿童生长发育的特点专门设计，有益于保护儿童足部健康，符合国家颁布的卫生标准。

Chubu Shoes Ltd. was founded in 1999 and based in the suburds of qinhuangdao, a famous coastal city.The company is specialized in traditional hand-made cloth footwear for children.
In the past year,the company has worked to collect a whole variety of traditional shoe designs and created some new designs. Now four types of shoes are made in the company.They are: soft-sole shoes for babies, traditional cloth shoes for children ,satin shoes and souvenir shoes. THere are altogether over 20 styles and more than 50 designs,some of which have been granted patent rights by the state.The shoe upper is made of high quality pure cotton or silk with hand embroideries and the sole is hand made.The products are designed to suit the physical features of yooung children and therefore good to the health of their feet. The quality is up to national health standard.
